As part of our 70th anniversary seminar series, we invited Mr. Dewey Yee, the Head of Aerospace Finance/Leasing Advisory of Bridge Partners Capital Limited, to deliver a talk on “Development of Aircraft Leasing”. The global financial meltdown has shaken the world economy and investors have been seeking alternative avenues that provide decent returns, which included “looking to the sky”, literally. Steady capital inflow to the aircraft leasing market suggests that it is a viable option. What are the advantages of aircraft leasing? Is it a sustainable investment? In the talk, Mr. Yee shared with us his experience in the sector and gave us an insight into the future of aircraft leasing.
