Ms. Ding was admitted as a solicitor of the High Court of Hong Kong in 2014. She joined P. C. Woo in 2012 and now working in our Commercial & Corporate Department. She has experience advising on corporate finance matters including initial public offerings, and general commercial matters. She speaks English, Mandarin and Cantonese.
