Mr. Pan was admitted as a solicitor in Hong Kong in 2014 and he joined our Commercial & Corporate Department in 2016. He has experience in advising initial public offerings, corporate mergers and acquisitions, notifiable and connected transactions and other regulatory compliance matters for listed companies in Hong Kong. Mr. Pan obtained his Bachelor of Laws degree from Wuhan University in 2009 and thereafter obtained his Juris Doctor degree and Postgraduate Certificate in Laws from City University of Hong Kong in 2011 and 2012 respectively. Mr. Pan passed the National Judicial Examination of PRC in 2009. Mr. Pan speaks Cantonese, Mandarin and English.
