Ms. Joelle Lau is an associate in our Commercial & Corporate Department. She has experience advising on corporate finance matters including initial public offerings and on general commercial issues. Ms. Lau received her LL.B. and PCLL from The University of Hong Kong. She joined P. C. Woo & Co. in 2013 as a trainee solicitor, and was admitted to practise in Hong Kong in 2015. Ms. Lau is fluent in English, Cantonese and Mandarin.
