Practice Areas
Ms. Tang specialises in conveyancing transactions, property acquisition and building projects. Her experience includes handling sales and purchases, mortgages and tenancies of properties. Ms. Tang handles project development transactions including preparing building / loan documentations, sales and purchase agreements, assignments, deed of mutual covenants and other related documents for the project. She also advises developers on transactions involving bulk acquisitions of properties for future redevelopment and prepares the relevant legal documentations and renders advice on joint venture projects and the related matters.
Ms. Tang gives advice to foreign institutions to establish mortgage and securitisation operation in Hong Kong and prepare the relevant standardised documentations for the matter. Apart from corporate clients, Ms. Tang also serves government bodies and religious organisations as well as foreign financial institutions.
