Established in 1945, P. C. Woo & Co. has served Hong Kong with quality, efficient services for over 70 years. We are conveniently located in the central business district of Hong Kong with a network of associates in major cities throughout Mainland China and the world.

Our China Practice serves our clients' needs through close connections with a network of associates in all major cities in the PRC including Beijing, Shanghai, Tianjin, Chongqing, Hangzhou, Ningbo, Wuhan, Xi'an, Jinan, Qingdao, Fuzhou, Guangdong Province, Sichuan Province and Jiangsu Province. With such a large-scale network and our representative offices in Chengdu and Nanjing, we can meet different needs of clients and ensure that timely, efficient and effective legal services are provided.

  • P. C. Woo & Co. became the first legal firm from Hong Kong to establish the vital link between Southwestern China and Hong Kong with the opening of our Chengdu Representative Office in 2002.

  • Partner Ms. Emily Lam is one of the first Hong Kong lawyers to obtain full PRC lawyer qualifications.
