Applicants should have 2 or 3 years of professional experience with established firms. Good drafting and negotiation experience and good communication skills are important.
Applicants should be a specialist to join our newly established department; have a minimum of 3 years of post-qualification experience, a computer science degree or equivalent; self-motivated and shall be able to work well independently.

Commercial transactional experience and the ability to work independently are essential. Fluent Putonghua language skills and the readiness to travel are prerequisites. The successful candidate will have the ability to manage a substantial caseload, must be familiar with PRC corporate or commercial and transactional work.
Applicants should have 2 to 4 years of professional experience in joint ventures and building projects. Good command in English and fluent Putonghua language are essential.
Applicants should have at least 2 years pqe in tax and trusts advisory work. The successful candidate will have strong technical knowledge as well as excellent client management abilities, exposure to both documentation and regulatory side of financial services.

We provide internship as well as training contracts to students who share our philosophy and culture of serving the community and helping the needy with our legal training and skills.
1. Internship: this is a programme designed for post-secondary students especially those who are studying la to gain a first-hand experience on the application of legal principles in practice. They are expected to attend our office for a period of 2 - 3 weeks to observe and work with our lawyers from the various practice areas. During their time with us they would be brought to visit places like the courts of the Stock Exchange.
2. Training Contracts: this is the 2 year training programme leading to the admission to be a practicing solicitor. Our trainees would be provided with training in our principal areas of practice including commercial & corporate, litigation, property & trust, intellectual property, charity and public policy. Besides learning professional and practical skills through working in practice teams under supervision, our trainees are provided with continuous professional development courses presented by our lawyers as well as guest lecturers
