Our firm’s lawyer co-authored an article in the Hong Kong Lawyer, the official journal of the Law Society of Hong Kong
Our firm’s partner, Cristovao Ngai, and trainee solicitor, Titus Ma, co-authored an article entitled “Understanding the Legal Status of Cryptoassets” in the August issue of Hong Kong Lawyer, the official journal of the Law Society of Hong Kong.
The article provides a taxonomy of the different types of cryptoassets and examines several significant judicial decisions with a view to making sense of the legal status of cryptoassets.

Our Co-Chairman Mr. Lester Huang admitted to the Roll of Honour of The Law Society of Hong Kong
The Partners of P C Woo & Co are delighted to note that our Co-chairman and Partner Mr. Lester Huang was admitted to the Law Society of Hong Kong’s Roll of Honour. This recognition of his distinguished service to the Law Society, the development of the legal profession in Hong Kong and the practice of law in Hong Kong, comes in the 75th Anniversary of the Firm.
“I wish to thank the clients and friends of P C Woo & Co for their good support over the years,” said Mr. Huang, “also wish to particularly thank my partners and colleagues who have enabled me to spread my wings beyond my desk to serve Hong Kong and the legal profession.”
Mr. Lester Huang is the third solicitor from P C Woo & Co to be admitted to the Law Society of Hong Kong’s Roll of Honour. He follows our Founder Dr. The Hon. P. C. Woo who was admitted in 2001 and our Consultant Mr. C. H. Wong who was admitted in 2004.
