Practice Areas
Miss Ling advises clients on estate planning matters, including areas relating to trusts, wills and charity. She also renders advice and opinions on matters relating to employment, personal data privacy and equal opportunities.
Through advising universities and schools, Miss Ling has experience in legal matters relating to general administration, employment and salary structures in educational institutions.
Miss Ling also has experience in the areas of litigation and commercial/ corporate practice, including, for example, project financing; loan and security documentation; corporate restructuring; insolvency/ shareholder’s disputes; professional indemnity claims acting for solicitors and doctors.
