Our senior partner - Mr. Moses Cheng conferred as Doctor of Laws from Lingnan University
Our senior partner, Mr. Moses Cheng was conferred as Doctor of Laws, honoris causal by Lingnan University to honour his outstanding academics as a community-builder at its 38th Commencement on 21st October 2008.
Mr. Moses Cheng is a well-respected figure in the legal sector. He has much experience in a broad range of practice areas, including merger and acquisition, business of capital market including general offer of shares, joint venture, franchise, intellectual property rights, corporate governance and supervising, public policy in relation to taxation and education, etc. On the other hand, Mr. Cheng has an impressive record of public service spanning a wide spectrum of community activities. In 2003, Dr. Cheng was awarded the Gold Bauhinia Star by the Government of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region to honour his great and continuous contributions to the community.
