Practice Areas

Ms. Wong specialises in real estate law but she also has extensive experience in advising on loan and security documents, company law, employment and private client matters.

Ms. Wong’s main areas of practice include real estate (both contentious and non-contentious), development agreements and joint ventures, building and town planning applications, objections and appeals, building management, loan and security documentation involving real estate, employment, and private client. Ms. Wong regularly represents clients in high profile real estate cases.

As a China Appointed Attesting Officer, Ms. Wong also provides notarial and attestation services relating to documents for use in the People’s Republic of China.

Outside office, Ms. Wong actively uses her professional skills to serve the society. She served for many years on a number of appeal boards and tribunals including the Administrative Appeals Board. Her current pro-bono appointments include honorary legal advisor to the Diocesan Commission for Hospital Pastoral Care, Catholic Diocese of Hong Kong, member of the Hong Kong Housing Authority, chairperson of the Subsidised Housing Committee and member of the Strategic Planning Committee of the Hong Kong Housing Authority and member of the Chairman panel of the Appeal Tribunal (Buildings). She is also a member of the Property Committee of the Law Society of Hong Kong.
